Jay Storage Solutions is pleased to announce a new feather in their cap with commissioning of our modern powder coating plant at Vasai. A modern facility, the plant is built on an area of 15000 sq. ft. and has latest equipment’s. It has a 8 tank process to prepare the base material and 12 meter long chemical treatment tank which makes Jay one of the few companies having this facility. We are now able to service our customers with uncut length up to 12000mm without having to splice the frames giving it more strength and stability.

Our coating capacity is ______ with ____ microns. Our process starts with removal of dirt, oil and rust, it is then given chemical treatment in a 25-30 min cycle, the material is then spray coated on a modern conveyor belt and put under an oven in 200C .The result is high class finish product that has very long shelf life than conventional painting, that protects it from corrosive rusting under standard storage temperatures not to mention atheistically beautiful looking product.
